Eric L. Welch Guster is managing attorney of Guster Law Firm, which was formed in 2002. He provides legal assistance and representation for clients impacted by auto accidents, motorcycle wrecks, and wrongful death cases. Eric is licensed to practice in Alabama, all Federal Courts in Alabama, Colorado and Middle District of Tennessee.

Because of his knowledge and legal expertise, Eric is a go-to resource for legal analysis for MSNBC, CNN, The Today Show, FOX News Channel and Good Morning Britain.

Eric received his Accounting and Finance Degree from Alabama State University. While there, he pledged Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, became a member of the Mighty Marching Hornets, and a member of Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity.

Michael J. Marable joined Guster Law Firm in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Michael garnered more than 3 years of experience as a law clerk in Mass Tort Law and Employment Law working with a Birmingham area Civil Litigation Firm.

Michael graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

Cornelious Warren is an attorney with Guster Law Firm. His practice areas consist of personal injury, wrongful death and general litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Warren worked as a criminal defense attorney, representing clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors. Mr. Warren tried a number of criminal jury trials and bench trials.

Mr. Warren continued to develop his legal skills by working as a civil litigation defense attorney for several years, trying numerous serious injury and wrongful death cases in trials all over the state of Alabama.

Mr. Warren attended Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Minor in Communication in 2005. After four years of working in the Manufacturing and Textile Industry, Mr. Warren began his pursuit of a law degree at Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law.

Romika Wells joined Guster Law Firm in 2012, where she handles cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and general litigation. She is also a member of the Magic City Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Romika garnered more than 5 years of experience in mortgage law working with a Birmingham firm.

Romika earned her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. She also earned her Master of Education degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Romika graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2005 with a degree in Public Relations.
