We Provide the Answers You Need.

  • Questions

  • What Do I Do After A Slip & Fall Accident?

    Answer

First and foremost, seek immediate medical help. After you have received the medical assistance that you require, we advise you to collect witness information, speak with the property owner/manager and thoroughly document the accident. Finally, and most importantly, get legal help. Without an attorney in your corner, you will decrease your chances of maximizing your compensation.

  • What Is The Legal Definition Of Premises Liability?

    Answer

Premises liability cases are based on negligence and occur when a person suffers injuries as a result of an unsafe or defective condition on someone else’s property.

  • What Is The Statute Of Limitations?

    Answer

Knowing how long you have to file a personal injury claim is paramount to your premises liability case. If you exceed the statute of limitations, you will likely not receive the settlement you’re entitled to. Get in touch with our firm today to learn how long you have to file a claim.

  • Do I Need To Hire A Personal Injury Lawyer?
